If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my wellbeing coaching sessions aim to introduce clarity and self-acceptance while teaching techniques in mindfulness to help with stress management, self-motivation and positive wellbeing.
I have always had a passion for the study of human behaviour - and the thoughts, feelings, and motivations behind it. I completed my Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling degree in 2020 whist working as a Pastoral and Safeguarding officer within the Education sector. Allowing me to gain extensive experience of working with Children, Adolescents and Families alike, offering emotional support with sensitivity and confidentiality. This coupled with my 20 years experience in people management has allowed me to provide successful coaching techniques in helping people cope and deal with their own challenges. My previous work has motivated me to turn my passion in-to a full-time career of helping people improve their mental wellbeing while providing a safe place for them to voice their worries and stresses.
